Naveen Singh Bhardwaj: Family means a lot to everyone. Humans do everything for this family only. Even if there is a slight tussle with each other, even if the heart gets upset, but still you love their company. Ghalib Asad Bhopli’s film Jogira Sara Ra Ra is a romantic comedy film based on the family, tussle and Na So Much Pyaar Wale formula.
Story
This story is of Jogi Pratap (Nawazuddin Siddhiqui) of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, who works in event management by profession. Jogi’s family consists of his mother (Zarina Wahab), aunt and 5-6 sisters, with whom Jogi keeps on quarreling all the time, but it is obvious that he loves his mother too. On the other hand, Jogi gets the job of arranging the marriage of Dimple Chaubey (Neha Sharma).
Dimple’s marriage is fixed with Lallu (Mahaakshay Chakraborty), but Dimple does not want to marry Lallu. The twist is that Dimple takes Jogi’s help to break the marriage. Even Jogi has absolutely no faith in love story and marriage.
So he agrees to help Dimple break her marriage, but for some reason or the other, Jogi’s jugaad magic doesn’t affect Dimple’s upcoming marriage and the relationship only gets stronger. In the end, Jogi and his accomplice pretend to kidnap Dimple and put the blame on the Chaudhary gang (Sanjay Mishra) and keep her at their house for a few days. There Dimple gets attached to Jogi’s family.

Kushan Nandy has taken command of the direction of the film Jogira Sara Ra Ra. This is the second film of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kushan after Babumoshai Bandookbaaz. Till now you must have seen bold girls of a small town in many films like “Bareilly Ki Barfi” or Nawaz himself’s film “Motichoor Chaknachoor”… you will see something similar in this film.
In such a situation, you will not get to see anything new from Neha’s character. You can easily guess what will happen next in the story. At the same time, Kushan has also tried his best to show a bindaas girl and her upset father and her crying and crying mother and seeing all this you yourself will say that “What is new in this film?”
acting
The good thing about ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ is the performance and comedy timing of the actors. Whether it is about Nawaz or his sisters, his mother Zarina Wahab, Neha and then Sanjay Mishra… all are having fun in their respective characters.
Kushan has portrayed the character of Nawaz’s Jogi and Sanjay Mishra’s Chaudhary so well that the film will make you laugh even if it seems boring. Yes, till the end of the film, you will not be able to know whether Jogi and Dimple are in love or not?… Or because of living together, both of them get used to each other, maybe because both want to be together.
Technical
After Babumoshai Bandookbazat, the film’s writer Ghalib Asad Bhopali, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and director Kushan Nandy have come back together through this film. To be fair, Ghalib’s pen didn’t quite work for this film and director Kushan Nandy didn’t impress as much.
Anup Bhatt has given music in the film. The film also has a couple of songs, one of which is an item number by Nikki Tamboli, looking at the songs, it would seem that Nawaz is very uncomfortable in terms of dance, but in front of the comic timing of the film, you will not be able to remember the songs at all.

Watch ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ for its comic timing, in which Nawaz looks amazing. This color of Nawaz, which was shown a little in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is clearly visible here. You can’t stop laughing every time Sanjay Mishra comes on screen.
Neha has done an amazing job in the film. One would also wish to see a little more of Zarina Wahab. If you feel like watching a comedy film this week, choose this one, don’t expect too much. And this film has 2.5 stars.
