After the incident, after the information of the crew members of the flight, the emergency landing of the flight was done in Nagpur, Maharashtra. However, the report said that the old man died.

According to information, a 73-year-old passenger suffered a cardiac arrest on a Ranchi-Pune Indigo flight on Friday. The crew member informed the pilot about this. After this the emergency landing of the flight was done in Nagpur. Along with landing, the elderly was taken to the hospital. It has been told that he has died.
The DG of Kingsway Hospital gave this statement
Media reports said that the body has been sent to the Indira Gandhi Medical College to complete the process. Deputy General (Communication) of KIMS-Kingsway Hospital Ejaz Shami said that the patient was reported to be suffering from cardiac arrest. The family members have been informed about the matter.
