Caste census is not today’s demand. The British once compromised on this and the rights of the constitution can be achieved only when the caste census is known correctly. Caste census being conducted in Bihar
Let us tell you that even before this, the Deputy Chief Minister has given such statements in the media. His statement has heated up the politics of the state. It may be noted that at present the census is being conducted on the basis of caste by the state government in Bihar. It may be noted that the caste-based survey has started in Bihar from January 7. 500 crore will be spent on this project. The government will complete it in two phases. In the first step, the number of all the houses has been counted. In the second phase, data related to people of all castes, sub-castes and religions will be collected from March.
